Prosperity Fund: Plant to Plate
Plant to Plate was a community programme designed to help people build confidence, gain practical skills, and move towards greater independence. It offered therapeutic activity, vocational learning, environmental work, and accredited training in one supportive setting.
The project worked with people who were economically inactive, socially isolated, living with mental health conditions, living with learning disabilities, or facing barriers to employment and community participation.
