About Learn and Grow
Learn and Grow is a community interest company that supports people through education, skills development, and practical learning, operating across Gwent, South Wales. We aim to help individuals make progress in ways that feel realistic, supportive, and meaningful.
We are a niche service, working in partnership with other organisations to address gaps in provision and support participants to build confidence, develop skills, and move closer to employment and vocational training.
Our mission
We want to create opportunities that help people build confidence, develop skills, and feel part of their community. We do this through practical, accessible activities that respond to individual needs.
Our approach
We believe people learn best when they feel respected, included, and supported. That is why our work is tailored to each person and focused on steady progress rather than pressure.
As a completely non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) with no share capital, Learn & Grow is supported by dedicated volunteers, ensuring that as much of our resources as possible are directed into our projects and the people we support.

Who we support
We work with people who may be economically inactive, socially isolated, living with mental health conditions, or facing barriers linked to disability, low income, or lack of opportunity. We welcome people from different backgrounds and aim to make participation feel approachable and worthwhile.
